Returning Your Item
We are very proud of our A Unique Baby Boutique collection and want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund less
the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to
60 days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns
after 60 days from receipt of purchase. Personalized items and special order
items are not returnable.
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify
you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial
institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags in place. Any items
returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's
expense.
Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at 303-688-6895 to arrange for an exchange. Once
we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS or FedEx.
You will receive and email containing the shipment tracking number when your
new order is shipped.
*Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow 2 weeks for processing
Returns/Exchanges.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of Colorado will pay 2.9% sales tax. All other
orders are exempt.
Shipping Fees:
We ship via UPS, FEDEX and USPS.

You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. You may login to www.auniquebaby.com
anytime to check the status of your order.
Accepted Payments:
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Auniquebaby.com uses 256-bit
encryption SSL technology to keep your information safe.
To become Verified, a PayPal member must provide proof that he or she has opened
an account at a bank or other financial institution. Because these institutions
are required by law to screen account holders, PayPal's verification process
increases security when you pay parties you do not know.
